I can’t rate the care in your minor injuries unit highly enough.
All the staff were pleasant, helpful, professional and very efficient, particularly Melissa ?Parkes who sutured my wound and including the lady on the desk who was calm and welcoming.
The waiting room was full but the staff remained unfazed and all those waiting were comfortable and supported where necessary.
The area was very clean, and uncluttered, it felt very reassuring.
Lastly parking was easy.

The staff were caring and supportive. They offered both practical and emotional advice and sympathised with the issued being faced.
Suggested improvements
We were given an appointment by the 111 service, arrived in good time but still had to wait for 20 minutes beyond the appointment time.
I understand that the unit is a very busy place but there were only two others in the waiting room and it seemed quiet when we got into the treatment area. It would have been useful to have been updated.
